Woven Headbands

These woven headbands are so much fun to make, and the combinations are endless!  These are some new ones I made this past spring.  I've had requests for collegiate ones, and wouldn't it be fun to use these for your high school cheer leading squad?  Or maybe with sparkly or iridescent ribbon for a wedding or prom?

I make these using a padded, comfort grip headband (as opposed to the cheap plastic type.)  My daughter, who is very particular about how things feel, loves these and can wear them the whole school day.

Ready for Virginia football!!

Well, it is that time of year again . . . getting ready for football season!  Anyone who knows me is well aware that I am a diehard Wahoo who bleeds blue and orange.  We do, however, have quite a few friends who are Hokies, so I made some Tech bows, too.  I also have to consider my brother-and-sister-in-law, who are living the Virginia "family feud."

I know, I know . . . there are those of you out there questioning how a Cavalier could dare to make Virginia Tech accessories.  I may be a UVA grad, but I'm also a capitalist, and the fact of the matter is, Hokies are much more willing to buy this stuff than my fellow Wahoos.
